Come and try Caged Soccer in Knowsley

Young sports fans are invited along to try Caged Soccer at a number of events across Knowsley this October and November.

These extremely popular sessions are run by Merseyside Fire and Rescue and are for all young people up to the age of 18.

Sessions take place in floodlit pitches with trained coaches. All abilities welcome.

The next Caged Soccer events take place at:

  • Jubilee Park, Huyton – Tuesday 22 and Tuesday 29 October and Tuesday 5 November, 4-7pm;
  • Ropers Bridge (grassed area next to Halsnead Community School), Pennywood Drive, Whiston – Wednesday 23 October, 6-9pm
  • Copthorne Adventure Playground, Westvale, Kirkby –Thursday 24 and Thursday 31 October, 5-8pm
  • Kingsnorth, Whiston – Wednesday 30 October, 6-9pm
  • Hillside Avenue Youth Club – Friday 1 November 6-9pm
  • Windmill Pub car park, Kirkby – Friday 1 November and Saturday 2 November, 6-9pm
  • Westvale Community Centre, Richard Hesketh Drive, Kirkby – Saturday 2 November and Sunday 3 November, 6-9pm
  • Millennium Green (near Whiston train station), Whiston - Sunday 3 November, 6-9pm
  • Liverpool Road McDonald’s, Huyton – Sunday 3 November, 6-9pm.
