The amendment of the Articles of Association of Konecranes Oyj has been registered in the Finnish Trade Register

The Annual General Meeting of Konecranes Oyj, held on March 27, 2024, decided to change the language of the Company's Articles of Association from Swedish to Finnish and to change the Company's business name into its Finnish language form Konecranes Oyj. The Company's previous business name Konecranes Abp was decided to be adopted as the company's Swedish language parallel name. The amendment of the Articles of Association and the related changes to the business name and the parallel name have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register today on March 28, 2024.

The Company's business name is Konecranes Oyj also in the book-entry system as of today.

The Company's trading code (KCR) and business ID (0942718–2) remain unchanged.
