On 25 August, Avinor and Kongsberg Gruppen announced the world’s biggest investment in remote towers. Kongsberg Gruppen and Indra Navia will collaborate on delivering a complete solution for remote towers, thereby making it possible to control a number of airports from one command centre. Avinor has previously decided to invest in a remote towers for up to 15 airports, with its command centre localised in Bodø.
