CHANGE TO KUNGSLEDEN’S NOMINATION COMMITTEE
Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson, nominated by Länsförsäkringar Fund Management, has withdrawn as a member of the Nomination Committee in Kungsleden AB (publ).
Länsförsäkringar Fund Management’s shareholdings in Kungsleden have decreased since the annual general meeting’s election of Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson as member in the Nomination Committee. In light of this, Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson has decided to step down from the Nomination Committee. At the Nomination Committee’s constituent meeting in Kungsleden it was resolved, in accordance with the instruction for the Nomination Committee, to invite the Second AP Fund to join the Nomination Committee in order to reflect the shareholding in the company as well as to have continuity. New member of the Nomination Committee is Martin Jonasson, nominated by the Second AP Fund. As Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Göran Larsson, nominated by Gösta Welandson with companies, was elected.
Kungsleden’s Nomination Committee now has the following members: Göran Larsson, nominated by Gösta Welandson with companies, Martin Jonasson, nominated by the Second AP Fund, Michael Green, nominated by Handelsbanken Funds and Chairman of the Board of Directors Charlotte Axelsson.
