Göran Linder leaves Kungsleden

Göran Linder, Divisional Manager of Public Properties at listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has decided to leave Kungsleden in August in order to join the construction company Peab Property Development as a business manager. Göran has worked for Kungsleden for 13 years.


Göran Linder has developed the property portfolio for public properties within Kungsleden which now located in the stand-alone company Hemsö, equally owned by Kungsleden and the Third Swedish National Pension Fund. Göran has also been responsible for the retirement homes in Germany, which Kungsleden sold last year to Hemsö.
