Hemsö acquires patient accommodation in Danderyd, north of Stockholm, for SEK 70 m
Swedish community services property company Hemsö AB (publ) is acquiring patient accommodation in Danderyd, north of Stockholm, for a total purchase price of approximately SEK 77 m after transaction costs.
The property yield is approximately 6.2 %. Hemsö is 50:50 owned by listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) and AP3 (the Swedish Third Pension Insurance Fund).
Leasable area is about 3,200 sq.m. The Stockholm County Health Authority is letting the property on a 15-year contract. Completion was on 19 November 2012.
