Invitation to attend Kungsleden AB´s (publ) AGM Kungsleden AB (publ) is convening its Annual General Meeting, to be held on 10 April 2003 at 2 p.m. in Folkets Hus, Stockholm. The Invitation to Attend states the motions of the AGM, pursuant to the Articles of Association and: · A proposal from shareholder Sveriges Aktiesparares Riksförbund regarding assigning the Board of Directors to appoint a Renumeration Committee, · A proposal regarding assigning the Board of Directors to appoint an Audit Committee. The Nomination Committee has proposed re-selection of Jens Engwall, Mats Israelsson, Bengt Kjell and Jonas Nyrén, the election of Anna Weiner Jiffer and Per-Anders Ovin. Jockum Beck-Friis and Ole Oftedal have denied re-appointment.
