Kungsleden acquires

The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has aquired 25 properties located in the central parts of Karlstad from Tornet.

The acquisition price amounts to SEK 1 049 m and the yield based on the sales price is 7,75 percent. The lettable floor-space of the properties amounts to 108 000 sq.m, consisting mainly of offices and retail, and has a rental value of about SEK 125 m.
