Kungsleden acquires a public property

Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) is acquiring part of the property with designation Silverängen 1 in Landskrona, southern Sweden, from municipal property company AB Landskronahem. This property has lettable floor-space of 14,753 sq.m. and is mainly let to the Municipality of Landskrona, which operates a school and retirement home in the premises.

The purchase price including transaction costs is SEK 120 m, and the estimated property yield is 7.3%.
