Kungsleden has decided to expand the frame on its MTN program for the issuance of bonds from SEK 12 billion to SEK 15 billion or the equivalent in Euro or Norwegian kroner and today announces an updated prospectus.

”We focus on sustainable growth and a strengthened financial position for Kungsleden with the aim of further improving our credit rating. We are expanding the framework of the program in order to continue to benefit from the good investor interest in the bond market. We see a great interest in Kungsleden's green bonds and we are now adapting the terms of the program in order to be able to issue sustainability-linked bonds in the future based on Kungsleden's ambitious sustainability strategy," says Biljana Pehrsson, CEO, Kungsleden.

Since the program was launched in 2017, Kungsleden has been an active issuer in the capital market. At the end of the first quarter of this year, Kungsleden had SEK 9.2 billion in outstanding bonds, of which SEK 7 billion consists of green bonds.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved and registered the base prospectus in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017. The new base prospectus dated 31 May 2021 replaces the previous prospectus dated 25 May 2020.

The updated base prospectus will be available via the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website www.fi.se and on Kungsleden´s website.
