Kungsleden develops a commercial building right in Umeå
Kungsleden develops a commercial building right in Umeå and has signed a new agreement with the trampoline park Jump.
Kungsleden invests in new facilities and constructs a building of 3,000 square meters at the property Laven 6 for the trampoline company Jump. The property is located at Illervägen 3 in Ersboda, in Stora Birk Handelsområde, next to Ö&B. The construction will commence in August and is expected to be finalized in the Spring of 2018. Construction contractor is Fastec.
