Kungsleden divests retail property in Katrineholm

Kungsleden has signed an agreement to sell the property Lövkojan 10 in Katrineholm. The sale is part of Kungsleden’s continuous optimization of the property portfolio.

The property comprises 8 500 sq.m. of retail, office and warehouse space. The selling price amounts to SEK 55 million after deduction for deferred tax, and is in line with the property’s book value. Withdrawal will take place in June 2018, and the loss of annual operating net amounts to SEK 2.7 million. The sale means that Kungsleden now exits Katrineholm.
