Kungsleden divests vacant property in Spånga

Kungsleden has signed an agreement to sell the property Stockholm Mandelblomman 3 to Coeli Fastighet I AB for SEK 36 million. The sales price exceeds the book value of the property.

The property is located in Spånga and the 1,800 sq.m building on the property is currently vacant. The transfer of ownership is planned to take place in July 2019. The divestment is in line with the corporate strategy of owning attractive properties with future potential in clusters.
