Kungsleden leases 1,200 square meters to Kanal 75 in Gärdet/Frihamnen
Kungsleden AB (publ) has signed a lease for 1,200 square meters in the Rotterdam 1 property with the media company Kanal 75. The property is located in Kungsleden’s Stockholm City East cluster, in the neighbourhood Gärdet/Frihamnen.
Kungsleden has four properties totalling 89,000 square meters in the Stockholm City East cluster in Gärdet/Frihamnen. The area is part of Stockholm’s largest urban development area, Norra Djurgårdsstaden, where a modern, innovative mixed-use neighbourhood with a strong sustainability profile is emerging. In total, 12,000 homes and 35,000 jobs will be created in the coming years.
ATG-owned Kanal 75 will lease the 1,200 square meter office as part of a seven-year contract at Rotterdam 1 on Hangövägen 20 from 1 November 2017.
