Kungsleden leases 1,600 sq.m. in Växjö to the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society
Kungsleden AB (publ) has signed a green leasing agreement with the the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society regarding approx. 1,600 sq.m. office and archive space in the centrally located Ödman 14 property on Storgatan in Växjö. The agreement runs for six years.
The Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society is a state authority that develops and spreads knowledge about the living conditions of young people and the conditions of civil society. The authority is distributing funds to the civil society in the form of support for organisations, projects and international cooperation. As a result of a government decision, the operations will move from Stockholm to Växjö.
“For us, it is important to be able to move to modern premises in a central location and close to communications. We are very pleased that Kungsleden has been able to match our needs,” says Lena Nyberg, Director-General at The Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society.
”We warmly welcome The Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society as tenant. Before they move in, we will invest approximately SEK 9 million in the premises and adapt them to the needs of the authority. We want to best contribute to creating good conditions for their business,” says Tobias Nilsson, Assistant Property Manager at Kungsleden.
The Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society will gain access on January 1, 2019.
