Kungsleden leases 3,500 sq.m. in Linköping and Nyköping

Kungsleden signs lease contracts for 3,489 sq.m. in Linköping and Nyköping. The lease contracts pertain to both new and existing tenants and correspond to an annual rental value of approximately SEK 3.5 million.

“We are pleased to have signed leases with new tenants and to have extended leases with existing tenants. This demonstrates that Kungsleden is an attractive landlord in Linköping and Nyköping who sees the customer’s needs and takes a long-term approach,” says Tommy Svärd, who is Asset Manager at Kungsleden.

In Linköping, Kungsleden has signed, for example, a six-year contract with Rexel Sverige AB for approximately 1,060 sq.m. and a five-year contract with Elajo El & Energiteknik AB for 1,050 sq.m. Kungsleden is also leasing 825 sq.m. in Nyköping to A-rengörarna i Sörmland AB. This entails that the Kv Greken 5 and Gardisten 4 properties in Linköping are leased and that the Kv Asken 17 property in Nyköping has an occupancy rate of 75 per cent.

Kungsleden owns seven properties in Linköping and three in Nyköping.
