Kungsleden leases a total of 3,400 square meters in Kista to Tibble Gymnasium and Enaco Sverige AB
Kungsleden AB (publ) has signed a green lease agreement for 2,325 sq.m. with Tibble Gymnasium in the property Keflavik 1 and a green lease of 1,121 sq.m. with Enaco Sverige AB in the property Torsnäs 1. The properties are located in Kungsleden’s cluster Kista City.
“There is a lot happening in Kista and we are very pleased to welcome two new tenants to this exciting neighborhood,” says Sven Stork, Regional Manager Stockholm at Kungsleden.
The 10-year lease agreement with the Tibble Gymnasium high school consist of 2,325 sq.m. of specially adapted premises at Isafjordsgatan 30 C. Tibble Gymnasium will access the premises on June 1, 2020.
“It’s great that we’ve found the perfect premises for our new high school, Tibble Campus Kista. Kista is an area on the rise and the school's proximity to Stockholm University's Department of Computer and Systems Sciences and KTH's Electrum Laboratory creates unique opportunities for our students,” says Niklas Pålsson, CEO of Tibble Gymnasium.
The 5-year lease agreement with Enaco Sverige AB, a company that delivers society- and business-critical infrastructure such as computer facilities and back-up power, includes 1,121 sq.m. of office premises on Skalholtsgatan 9. Enaco will relocate to the newly renovated premises on August 1, 2019.

Kista is one of Stockholm’s largest office markets and Europe’s foremost and most well-established ICT clusters – a European Silicon Valley. Every day, over 40,000 people work and study in the area, which offers a unique environment for innovation and
entrepreneurship. Kungsleden has a leading role in contributing to the development of the area and is the third largest property owner in Kista.
