Kungsleden leases to Outnorth AB

Kungsleden is signing a four-year lease contract with the outdoor company Outnorth AB for 1,162 sq.m. of office space in central Växjö.

“We are very pleased to work with Outnorth AB as it continues its expansive journey with new headquarters in Växjö,” says Ulrica Sjöswärd, Regional Manager at Kungsleden. The 1,162 sq.m. of office space are in the Deltat 1 property, on Deltavägen 7 in the Norremark retail park in Växjö. Outnorth will move its operations to the new custom office space on 1 December.

“Växjö remains the heart of our operations and it is gratifying to have found a modern and flexible office solution with Kungsleden. Now we’re equipped for continued growth and our recruiting needs moving forward,” says Harald Ennen, CEO of Outnorth AB.

Outnorth is Scandinavia’s leading online operator in outdoor products and is continuing to expand both within Sweden and internationally after strong sales growth in 2020.

The Deltat 1 property has 2,551 sq.m. of leasable floor space and is now fully leased. Kungsleden has also signed a six-year lease contract for 591 sq.m. of office space in the Tegner 15 property in central Växjö.
