Kungsleden has signed a three-year lease contract with the Swedish Transport Administration, which will now move in to 448 sq.m. of office space in central Södertälje.

“We are extremely happy the Swedish Transport Administration has chosen our recently renovated property in Södertälje, which now features state-of-the-art offices in a great location,” says Sven Stork, Regional Manager at Kungsleden.

The offices are located in the Enen 10 building on Nygatan 1, which is an important landmark for Södertälje, and also known as “Gamla Stadshuset” (“The old town hall”). The property has been renovated to the highest standard and is adjacent to Saltsjötorget, with the city park and the central train station around the corner. The property comprises 6,040 sq.m. of floor space and is currently 95 per cent leased.
