Kungsleden has signed a six-year lease contract with the Swedish Transport Administration, which will now move in to 900 sq.m. of office space in central Växjö.

“We are extremely pleased that the Swedish Transport Administration has decided to lease one of our premises for its local office. In doing so, it will gain access to modern, inspiring and functional workplaces in a great location in the middle of the City of Växjö,” says Ulrica Sjöswärd, Regional Manager at Kungsleden. The contract is for approximately 900 sq.m. of office space, and is being designed together with the Swedish Transport Administration to adapt to its needs for a modern workplace for its operations and employees. With the signing of this lease contract, the office space in the property is almost fully leased. The premises is located in the Tegnér 15 property in the middle of the City of Växjö close to all amenities, with the Tegnér mall (Tegnérgallerian) on the ground floor and just walking distance to Växjö’s bus and train hub. The Swedish Transport Administration will gain access to its new premises at the beginning of March next year.
