Kungsleden—new member of Nomination Committee

Peter van Berlekom has been appointed as a member of Kungsleden AB’s Nomination Committee. Mr. van Berlekom represents Nordea Investment Management, which as of 31 August 2010, is the company’s largest shareholder.

The other members of Kungsleden’s Nomination Committee are Frank Larsson, representing Handelsbanken Fonder (Chairman), Peter Gustafson, representing Olle Florén and companies, Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson, representing Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning, and Chairman of the Board Per-Anders Ovin.
