Kungsleden (publ) in collaboration with JLL is investing in its prime property Kista One. The property with a total of 37 000 sq.m. offers state-of-the art office space in the best location with a consistently high technical standard. This is further enhanced by a comprehensive service offering for those who work in the building.
The property’s shared reception and lounge area function as a hub for tenants and visitors. Four meeting rooms available for reservations have been refurbished and received a different character for more inspiring meetings. A dynamic lounge area with touch-down seats and seating areas for tenants and visitors is also added as a complement to the office premises. Kungsleden’s ambition is to facilitate all aspects of their tenants working day. For example, it should be easy to get to work with all means of transportation. The property, which was completely renovated in 2012, is LEED Gold certified and has consistently high standards of technology and climate comfort. For example, ventilation is controlled with carbon dioxide sensors, which not only provides perfect airflow adjustment based on the number of people staying in a certain area of the room, but also the least possible climate impact.
Kungsleden is also involved in close cooperation with other property owners in Kista and has worked out a vision for the area called the Kista Manifesto. The aim is to create a safe, inspiring and modern area in which the tenant will have all possible service offerings within reach.
