Kungsleden publishes prospectus supplement

Kungsleden AB (publ) (“Kungsleden” or the “Company”) has prepared a supplement to the prospectus regarding the invitation to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company which was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 8 March 2017. The prospectus supplement has been prepared by reason of Kungsleden’s annual report for the financial year 2016, which was published today. The prospectus supplement forms part of, and must be read together with, the prospectus.

The prospectus supplement was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today and is available on the Company’s website www.kungsleden.se as well as on SEB’s website www.sebgroup.com/prospectuses and ABG Sundal Collier’s website www.abgsc.com under ongoing transactions.

ABG Sundal Collier, Kempen & Co and SEB Corporate Finance are acting as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in the rights issue. Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå is legal advisor to Kungsleden.
