Kungsleden recruits new Area Manager in Västerås

Kungsleden is recruiting Areli Rundqvist for the new position of Area Manager in Västerås, central Sweden. Areli Rundqvist holds a B.Sc. (Econ) and an MBA and joins Kungsleden from the City of Västerås.

Kungsleden is Västerås’ biggest commercial property owner, both in terms of area and book value. The new position forms part of Kungsleden’s focus on further strengthening its position in Västerås which is one of Kungsleden’s strategic prioritised areas.

  • Kungsleden owns office, warehouse and logistics properties with leasable area of over 500,000 sq.m. in some of the city’s prime locations
  • Most of the holding is located in two major clusters: in central Västerås and at Finnslätten, Västerås’ largest industrial park.
  • Kungsleden owns three office properties with leasable area of some 130,000 sq.m. in the area designated Östermalm Mimer in the centre of Västerås. 
  • At Finnslätten, Kungsleden owns ten warehouse and logistics properties with leasable area of some 240,000 sq.m.
