Kungsleden’s comment on Supreme Administrative Court tax rulings

On 29 May, the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court announced three advance rulings that appear to significantly change current case law from the Administrative Court of Appeal, the Council for Advance Tax Rulings and the Supreme Administrative Court. Kungsleden was not party to any of the rulings, but is currently analyzing them with external experts, and their potential consequences for Kungsleden’s tax position.
