Kungsleden sells The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has in separate deals sold the properties Helsingborg Kulan 1 and Värjan 3 as well as Kungälv Krabbetornet 1 and 35. The total sales price amounts to SEK 58,7million with a profit of SEK 11 million. The divestments are made on a property yield of 8,5 %.
