Kungsleden sells The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has during the first quarter sold 16 properties for MSEK 180 with a profit of MSEK 30 before sales administration. The largest property sold was Kettil 7 in Västerås known as Sigmahuset. During the second quarter the properties Luleå Braxen 1 and Sollefteå Färgaren 3 and Källaren 3 has been sold for MSEK 89 with a profit of MSEK 10 before sales administration.
