Kungsleden sells and let The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has sold the property Köpmannen 7 located in Västerås. The property is a part of the Hälla commercial center. The building has been extended during this year and the opening of the new mall is planed to end of November. The sale generated a profit of SEK 35 million. The employment office in Eskilstuna, has rent 4000 sqm office from Kungsleden. The tenant is moving in by the end of year 2003 after a bigger reconstruction.
