Kungsleden signs seven-year lease contract in Hyllie

Kungsleden has signed a seven-year lease contract with Hawaii Poké, which will move in to a 105 sq.m. premises in the growing city district of Hyllie in Malmö.

“We are delighted that Hawaii Poké has chosen to establish its latest restaurant in one of our premises in Hyllie. This will make the area even more attractive and it is an inspiration to see how Hyllie is growing and becoming a high-profile area for the entire Öresund region,” says Ulrica Sjöswärd, Regional Manager at Kungsleden for Malmö and Gothenburg.The premises is located in the Vagnslidret 1 property, also called Isblocket, adjacent to Malmö Arena and the Emporia shopping centre. Hyllie is a growing city district located in south Malmö containing housing, offices, hotels, retail and event arenas. The entire city district has been developed with ambitious goals for sustainable urban development, and its strategic location close to the Öresund Bridge attracts many different operators to the area.

“We see great potential for Hyllie, an area that is blossoming with housing, offices and retail. This collaboration provides us with modern premises that are central and in a strategic location,” says Aaron Colman, CEO of Hawaii Poké.

Hawaii Poké will occupy the new premises at the beginning of February 2021.
