Kungsleden to divest vacant property in Täby

Kungsleden has signed an agreement to divest the Täby Fräsen 1 property to Hemsö Fastighets AB for SEK 32 million. The selling price exceeds the property’s book value by a few million Swedish kronor.

The property encompasses 1,900 sq.m. of leasable space and has a vacancy rate of just over 70 per cent. The property will be transferred during the fourth quarter of 2020.
