Kungsleden to modernise 3,600 sq.m. for Nelly in Borås
Kungsleden is extending its customer relationship with online retailer Nelly in Borås through a five-year lease contract in the Spindeln 12 property in Borås. The lease contract comprises approximately 3,600 sq.m. of offices and studio premises. Nelly’s premises will also be modernised.

Spindeln 12, located in Knalleland in Borås, has 10,675 sq.m. of leasable floor space and, including this lease contract, is 89 per cent leased.
