Kungsleden to modernise 3,600 sq.m. for Nelly in Borås

Kungsleden is extending its customer relationship with online retailer Nelly in Borås through a five-year lease contract in the Spindeln 12 property in Borås. The lease contract comprises approximately 3,600 sq.m. of offices and studio premises. Nelly’s premises will also be modernised.

It is highly gratifying that we now have the opportunity to further develop Nelly’s premises in combination with extending our relationship with the company,” says Ulrica Sjöswärd, Regional Manager Gothenburg/Malmö at Kungsleden.Nelly is a leading player in online fashion, with a broad range of designer clothes and its own brands, NLY Trend, NLY Shoes and NLY Lingerie.

Spindeln 12, located in Knalleland in Borås, has 10,675 sq.m. of leasable floor space and, including this lease contract, is 89 per cent leased.
