Since 2013, Kungsleden has worked with the implementation of the new business strategy, which has included a major restructuring and expansion of the property portfolio. It has also involved a new management organization focusing on our core business – to actively manage, improve and develop our commercial properties in order to create an attractive total return over time.

CEO Biljana Pehrsson has together with Eskil Lindnér, Head of Property Management, worked to put in place a strong asset and property management organization with experienced Regional Managers who are responsible for all management operations within their region. As all Regional Managers now are in place, Eskil Lindnér has decided to leave Kungsleden after sixteen years to pursue new challenges.

“I have had the opportunity to work in leading positions within Kungsleden during a period of sixteen years. It has been an exciting period, especially since the new strategy was introduced almost three years ago. We now have a strong organization focusing on property management, leasing and value creation. The implementation of the strategy is now moving into an operational phase and I believe it is a good time for me to leave”, says Eskil Lindnér.

“On both my and the Board’s behalf I want to thank Eskil for his contribution to the company over the years. Personally, I am especially grateful for the continuity and stability he has brought to the organization during recent years when the implementation of the new strategy meant notable change for both employees and customers. The four regional managers will as of today report directly to me and I want to welcome them to their new responsibilities in Kungsleden. Every Regional Manager will act as the “CEO” for all operations in his region, with full profit & loss responsibility for properties and customers. Our focus will now be on creating value and long-term customer relations by managing, improving and developing our properties”, says Biljana Pehrsson, CEO at Kungsleden.

Eskil Lindnér will leave Kungsleden at the end of 2015.
