New member of Kungsleden’s Nomination Committee

Frank Larsson has been appointed as a new member of Kungsleden AB’s Nomination Committee. Frank Larsson represents Handelsbanken Fonder (mutual funds), which is the company’s third-largest shareholder as of 31 August 2011.

The other members of Kungsleden’s Nomination Committee are Peter Gustafson, representing Olle Florén and companies (Chairman), Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson, representing Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning (asset management), Peter van Berlekom, representing Nordea Investment Management and Chairman of the Board Håkan Bryngelson.
