Kungsleden sells

Swedish listed property corporation Kungsleden AB (publ) sells a retail park in Skellefteå, which currently is under construction, for a total of SEK 133 m resulting in a capital gain of SEK 29 m.

Upon completion, lettable floor-space of the retail park will be approximately 16 700 sq.m. with tenants including major Nordic retailers such as ICA Maxi, Willys, Apoteket (the Swedish National Pharmacy Corporation) and Systembolaget, the state wine and spirit retail corporation. At the date of disposal total investment cost amounts to SEK 104 m.
