Tina Lindh and STUDIO in Malmö winners of 2018 SGBC Award
Tina Lindh, a property developer at Kungsleden AB (publ) is this year’s winner of the Swedish Green Building Council (SGBC) Award 2018. She received the award for ”A positive contribution to sustainable building and property development”, during a ceremony in Stockholm’s City Hall. STUDIO (Tyfonen 1) in Malmö also received an award for The LEED Building of the Year.
Swedish Green Building Council´s motivation for Tina’s award:
”In a world where we spend more and more of our time inside of buildings, it is all the more important that we feel good when we are there. With her commitment to physical and mental health, this year’s winner has been one of the driving forces for creating a feeling of well-being in buildings. She was one of the people behind the first registered WELL certification in Sweden and has since been working to increase knowledge of well-being, sustainability and gender equality. Her commitment has led to an increasing numbers of other market players looking into these important issues and starting to build properties with the idea of well-being in mind.

The award for this year’s LEED building went to Hans Wallström, Sustainability Manager at Skanska CDN who developed the property.
