Lagercrantz acquires MT Miljøteknik ApS

Lagercrantz has today acquired 90% of the shares in MT Miljøteknik ApS (“MT”), a leading manufacturer of safety products for freshwater and wastewater distribution networks.

MT is based in Søndersø on Funen, Denmark, and develops and manufactures products such as manhole covers, locking devices, safety grates, and ventilation solutions, primarily for freshwater distribution networks where municipal utility companies constitute an important customer group. The company has annual sales of approx. MSEK 37 with good profitability. For more information about the company, visit www.mt-mt.dk.

MT is an add-on acquisition to Wapro AB and will be part of the Niche Products division from April 2025. The acquisition is expected to contribute marginally and positively to the Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.
