    Lagercrantz acquires MT Miljøteknik ApS

    Lagercrantz has today acquired 90% of the shares in MT Miljøteknik ApS (“MT”), a leading manufacturer of safety products for freshwater and wastewater distribution networks.MT is based in Søndersø on Funen, Denmark, and develops and manufactures products such as manhole covers, locking devices, safety grates, and ventilation solutions, primarily for freshwater distribution networks where municipal utility companies constitute an important customer group.     Lagercrantz acquires Proagria Miljø A/S

    Lagercrantz Group’s subsidiary Lagercrantz A/S has today acquired all shares in the Danish water flow control company Proagria Miljø A/S. Proagria develops and manufactures valves, gates, and other components used by aquaculture (land-based fish farms), local communities and landowners to control the flow of water. Proagria is based in Otterup on Fyn in Denmark and generates annual revenue of approximately MDKK 40.     Lagercrantz Group has today acquired all shares in the Swedish company Wapro AB.
