    Converting class A shares

    Lagercrantz’ share based incentive programme fully subscribed and converting class A shares

    The incentive programme resolved by the 2012 Annual General Meeting for managers and members of senior management in Lagercrantz Group for up to 225,000 call options to purchase class B shares held in treasury was fully subscribed. A total of 30 managers in the Group will acquire options under the 2012 programme. The call options will be transferred at a price of SEK 4.00 per call option, equivalent to the market value according to a valuation performed by Nordea Bank AB (publ).
