Johan Andersson has decided to leave Lantmännen and his job as Head of the Agriculture Sector, to focus entirely on his own farm and agricultural business.

“I’ve truly enjoyed my time at Lantmännen, and would like to thank all the dedicated and competent owners, colleagues and co-workers that I have had the privilege to work with. Now I have decided to focus fully on my own company at the farm,” says Johan Andersson.

Johan came to Lantmännen in January of 2014. Since then, the Agriculture Sector has gone through extensive changes and achieved significant result improvements. Elisabeth Ringdahl, CFO of the Agriculture Sector, is Acting Head of the Agriculture Sector until the recruitment of a permanent replacement for Johan is done. She will also retain her current role. Elisabeth has extensive experience from Lantmännen, among other things as CFO of Swecon – and as CFO for the Machinery Sector.

“I would like to thank Johan for a job very well done during his years at Lantmännen. Johan is a skilled businessman, and has been responsible for an important and successful change of our entire agriculture business. I feel very confident that Elisabeth, together with the rest of the management team and all co-workers, will continue to develop the business until a permanent solution is in place,” says Per Olof Nyman, Lantmännen’s CEO and Group President.

The recruitment of a replacement for Johan will begin immediately.
