Lantmännen’s acquisition of Entrack has been completed

Lantmännen’s acquisition of Entrack, a family-owned company active in supply of undercarriage components and ground engaging tools, has been approved by relevant authorities and completed.

Entrack is a family-owned company since almost 50 years with a turnover of just over SEK 400 million and about 70 employees. The company is active in Sweden, Finland, Poland and Italy, but also does business in other European countries. Entrack will be organized as an independent operation within Lantmännen’s Swecon Business Area.
