Lantmännen’s acquisition of HKScan’s Swedish operations has been approved by the EU Commission – expected to be completed during March
On December 29, Lantmännen signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent ownership of HKScan Sweden AB. Following the approval of the relevant authorities, the transaction is now expected to be completed during the month of March.
Until the acquisition has been completed, Lantmännen and HKScan continue to act as separate companies.
