The winners of the ERP Project of the Year 2021/2022 are Lantmännen Agroetanol and Lantmännen’s Energy Sector, together with the consultancy Elvenite, for the implementation of Infor M3.

The award ERP Project of the Year has now been awarded for the sixth time, and is awarded to Lantmännen Agroetanol and the Energy division, together with the help of the consultancy Elvenite, for the implementation of Infor M3.  The award is presented by HerbertNathan & Co.

“It is very gratifying to receive this award.  The key success factor within this project has always been the close collaboration – at all levels – both internally and with Elvenite. Our dedicated employees and skilled partners have been crucial in order to implement the new system, while we have conducted our business just as usual,” says Lars-Gunnar Edh, Head of Energy Sector, Lantmännen.

I am proud to receive this award and over the great cooperation that we have established together with Lantmännen. I would like to highlight our project team with all consultants, employees and partners who worked purposefully to make this a successful project”, says Erik Karlström, Business Owner ERP & Integration på Elvenite.

The jury, with competence and experience from both academia and business, has made its assessment based on several conditions under the categories Procurement, Project, and Result. The common thread through these categories is that the winner must have applied a value based structure from the procurement, through the project, and that the result should be measurable after the project implementation.

Jury nomination:

"For having managed to introduce a comprehensive business system on time and under budget, in an environment with demands for round-the-clock operations, complex integrations and special business needs – all during the pandemic. This is done by combining traditional implementation methodology and agile working methods, ensuring deep involvement from the management of both supplier and customer, with a clear connection to the Group's strategic goals from initial business case to final go-live.

The ERP Award for 2021/2022 is awarded to an organization that has clearly emphasized the cooperation between customer and supplier in a project and a Team."
