Lantmännen updates and expands its MTN programme and publishes Prospectus for 2024

The Board of Directors of Lantmännen ek för (“Lantmännen”) has decided to update and expand its Medium Term Note programme (the “MTN Programme”). Due to the MTN programme, Lantmännen’s Board of Directors has prepared a base prospectus. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today, 19 April 2024, approved and registered the base prospectus.

The MTN program provides a framework within which Lantmännen can raise loans in SEK or EUR with a maturity of at least one year on an ongoing basis within a maximum outstanding nominal amount of SEK 5 billion, or the equivalent thereof in euros, at any given time.

The proceeds from green bonds issued under the MTN programme are allocated to investments in accordance with Lantmännen’s recently updated Green Bond Framework with the aim of financing the transition to a more sustainable agricultural and food industry.
