Today, Lantmännen’s Annual General Meeting elected the people who will make up the Board of Directors. The Meeting voted to re-elect Jan-Erik Hansson and Per Wijkander – and to elect Charlotte Elander, Jacob Bennet and Marie Grönborg as new board members.

At the Annual General Meeting, which was held on May 7 in Stockholm, it was decided that Lantmännen’s Board of Directors will consist of ten members who are elected by the General Meeting, and employee representatives. The Meeting voted to re-elect Jan-Erik Hansson and Per Wijkander – and to elect Charlotte Elander, Jacob Bennet and Marie Grönborg as new board members. Sonat Burman-Olsson had declined re-election before the meeting.

This means that Lantmännen’s Board of Directors consists of Per Lindahl, Gunilla Aschan, Jenny Bengtsson, Johan Bygge, Patrick Aulin, Jan-Erik Hansson, Per Wijkander, Charlotte Elander, Jacob Bennet and Marie Grönborg, as well as three employee representatives.

During the constituting board meeting after the General Meeting, Per Lindahl was re-elected as Chairman of the Board, and Jan-Erik Hansson was re-elected as Vice Chairman.

“I would like to welcome Charlotte, Jacob and Marie as new members of Lantmännen’s Board of Directors. All three of them have significant experience from running companies and have held several leading positions. Beyond their agricultural experience, Charlotte and Jacob also contribute with extensive knowledge of Lantmännen’s operations – and Marie adds a welcome perspective from several large industry companies. They will contribute with both broad and deep competence, and I look forward to continuing to develop Lantmännen together with them and the rest of the board,” says Per Lindahl, Lantmännen’s Chairman of the Board.
