Layer Group Acquires Indoor Floor & Wall Sweden AB in Kristinehamn
Layer Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of InDoor Floor & Wall Sweden AB, located in Kristinehamn. InDoor Floor & Wall Sweden AB is a well-established company offering a wide range of services in the flooring segment, specializing in tile installation and flooring in wet rooms, with a focus on new construction, renovation, and insurance-related repairs.
Björn Karlsson and Conny Lundstedt, founder of Indoor Floor & Wall Sweden, are welcomed by Mikael Bascuas, CEO Krafft Måleri.
Through this strategic acquisition, Layer Group strengthens its presence in the attractive regions of Dalarna and Värmland. The acquisition also creates significant synergies between Layer Group's companies in the surrounding areas, including Krafft Måleri in Örebro, Willéns Måleri in Örebro, and Färg & Co in Arvika and Eda.

They have certified waterproofing installers, tilers, floor levelers, and interior carpenters and offer complete solutions including design, remodeling, drain replacements, furnishings, and surface treatments.
