In summary, 2022 has been a very challenging year for LEAX, ranging from uneven volumes to inflation. However, we have seen stable growth compared to 2021 and look forward with confidence to 2023. Operating profit for 2022 decreased to SEK 2.3 million (58.8) driven by zero lead time order delays at key heavy commercial vehicles and passenger car customers. As communicated in LEAX Group AB’s (“LEAX” or the “Company”) press release on 1 April 2022, AMF Tjänstepension AB (”AMF”) undertook, pursuant to an investment agreement entered into on 1 April 2022, to invest MSEK 300 in the Company (the “Investment”).
