AVISEQ - LFV's new company
Now it's finished. LFV's new company within LFV Holding AB is named AVISEQ Critical Communication AB. AVISEQ, formerly Eltel Networks Aviation & Security AB, was acquired by LFV on April 30, 2020. AVISEQ's CEO Robert Sporrong is looking forward, together with his coworkers, to continue to provide high-quality technical operation and maintenance services in the company and be part of LFV.
- I am happy to present our new name, logo and website today. As part of LFV, AVISEQ is a continued strong player in the market with high-level deliveries of technical operations and maintenance services to air traffic control centers, airports, government agencies and companies, says Robert Sporrong, CEO of AVISEQ.
The name AVISEQ clarifies the company's two main business areas: Aviation & Security. The operations within Aviation ensure that the Swedish airspace works for both civilian and military aviation through monitoring, operation and maintenance, including for LFV's technical infrastructure. Security ensures operational WAN (Wide Area Network), so-called OT-WAN, and LAN (Local Area Network), radio systems, control room environments, server environments and video conferencing systems.
With experience from 70 years of maintenance and operation of many generations of critical communication solutions across Sweden, AVISEQ will be a strong player.

Background
In June 2019, LFV and Eltel signed a letter of intent regarding an acquisition of the business area Aviation & Security. As the largest customer and due to the Security Protection Act, LFV's sourcing strategy, the resumed total defense and external changes, LFV considered that the operation and support of the operating systems should be done in-house.
The acquisition was completed through the share transfer on April 30, 2020. AVISEQ is a wholly owned subsidiary of LFV Holding AB, employs approximately 200 employees and had a revenue of approximately SEK 300 million in 2019.
