New Company in the LFV Holding Group
As of April 30, 2020, LFV has finalized the acquisition of Eltel's Aviation & Security business area. In June 2019 a letter of intent was signed between the parties and the transfer of shares is now completed. The newly formed company will be part of the LFV holding group.
- With the new company in place, they will manage the operation and maintenance of our systems under our own control. The company will also continue to provide technical services to both current and new customers. At the same time, the company will contribute to the development of LFV's operations. I welcome Robert Sporrong, former Aviation & Security business area manager as CEO of the company. Today we also welcome all our new colleagues to LFV, says Ann Persson Grivas, LFV Director-General.

External changes, the resumed total defense, the proposed sourcing strategy and the new Security Protection Act have been important areas considered in the decision to acquire the entire business from Eltel. LFV is the company's largest customer and, with the acquisition, the business is intact, which will benefit all the company's customers.

The company delivers technical operations and maintenance services to air traffic control centers, airports, government agencies and companies in Sweden. The company employs approximately 200 employees and revenue of approximately SEK 300 million in 2019.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the LFV business enterprise group.
Historically, the company’s operations in aviation date back to the 1950s. For over 70 years, many generations of critical communication solutions have been delivered and maintained.
