Lifco acquires a product portfolio from ContacEZ

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a product portfolio from the US based company ContacEZ. The company is a niche manufacturer of dental products.

In 2019, the acquired product portfolio from ContacEZ reported net sales of approximately 2.2 MUSD. The business will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
