    Lifco acquires Ortho-Care in the UK

    Lifco  has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the UK company Ortho-Care (UK) Ltd . The company is a supplier of orthodontic products to dentists in the UK.  In 2022, Ortho-Care reported net sales of approximately GBP 10 million.
